Model 0852 is Bateson's largest single axle trailer, it has a 1 ton capacity and is often supplied with a ramp tailboard for transporting wider grass cutting machinery. In common with all the general purpose trailers in this range, has a hot dipped galvanised steel chassis with 2mm thick pre-galvanised steel sides 300 mm deep and an 18 mm phenol coated non-slip plywood floor. The independent rubber suspension axle has auto reversing brakes, operated by cast steel hydraulic damped over run coupling with a power assisted hand brake and integral jockey wheel. Full road lights are fitted, a spare wheel and hitch lock are included standard
