Refrigerated & Freezer Trailer Hire

Hire refrigerated and freezer trailers from Fieldfare Trailer Centre in Ford, near Salisbury. Our range is available for self-tow collection, or we can arrange delivery, collection and on-site set-up at your premises or event. Contact us to discuss your requirements and check availability.

• A £200 deposit is required and refunded accordingly when the trailer is returned in good order.
• First-time hirers need two forms of ID verifying their current address, such as a photocard driving licence and a recent utility bill, bank statement or credit-card statement.
• You will need a number plate for the trailer. If required, Fieldfare can supply one for £15 when you show your driving licence and V5C document.
• Hire trailers cannot be used outside the UK.

Refrigerated and Freezer Trailer Hire

Available by the day, weekend or week, with long-term hire rates available on request. The trailers are suitable for restaurants, cafés, hotels, B&Bs, weddings, parties, mobile bars, caterers, pubs, nightclubs, indoor and outdoor events, butchers, florists, agricultural nurseries, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, doctors’ surgeries, pharmaceutical companies, nursing and care homes, fast-food chains and wholesale warehouses.

All refrigerated hire trailers are provided with:

• Shelving
• 20m cable and a 16amp-to-13amp converter
• Four heavy-duty telescopic prop stands
• Wheel clamp and hitchlock

Hire Terms and Conditions

• The hirer must produce two forms of ID proving their current address.
• All hire charges must be paid in advance. A £200 holding deposit is payable by credit or debit card; cheques and cash are not accepted.
• The hirer is responsible for satisfying all legal requirements, including licence, weight limitations, safe loading and trailer safety.
• The hirer will inspect the trailer and sign for its condition on collection or delivery.
• Damage or differences from the agreed condition are charged to the hirer.
• All hire trailers are provided with a basic hitchlock theft deterrent, full road lighting and a spare wheel.
• Insurance against theft, damage and accidents is the hirer’s responsibility from assignment until the trailer is signed back in by a staff member.
• Hire trailers cannot be taken outside the UK.
• Trailers must not be returned out of hours; doing so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• One day of hire equals 24 hours.
• Any damage incurred during hire must be reported to Fieldfare Trailer Centre as soon as possible, as repairs may affect other bookings.
• All trailers are offered subject to availability. Fieldfare Trailer Centre accepts no liability for consequential losses.
