Fridge Trailer Hire

• We require a £200.00 deposit for the hire, refunded accordingly when the trailer is returned in good order.
• As a first-time hirer, we would need 2 forms of ID verifying your address – e.g. Driver’s licence and a statement or utility bill.
• You will need a number plate to go on the trailer – if you don’t have one, we can supply one for £15.00 - you will need to show your driver’s licence and V5C document.
• Our hire trailers cannot be used outside of the U.K.

Terms and Conditions

The hirer must produce 2 forms of I.D. that prove current address. For instance, Photo Card Driving Licence and a Recent Utility Bill, Bank/Credit Card Statement stating current name and address.

All hire charges must be paid for in advance with a holding deposit of £200 - payable by credit/debit card. Cheques or Cash are not accepted.

It is the responsibility of the Hirer to satisfy all legal requirements. Such as licence, weight limitations, safe loading and trailer safety.

The Hirer will inspect the trailer and sign for it’s condition on collection/delivery.

Damage and differences to the agreed condition are at the Hirers cost.

All hire trailers are provided with basic hitchlock theft deterrent. Full road lighting and spare wheel.

Insurance Cover against theft, damage and accidents etc. is the responsibility of the Hirer. This applies from when the trailer is assigned until it is signed back by a staff member.

At the current time we are unable to allow any of our hire trailers to be taken out of the UK.

Trailers must not be returned out of hours. This will result in forfeit of deposit.

1 Days hire is equal to 24 hours.

Any damage incurred during hire must be reported to Fieldfare Trailer Centre as soon as possible, as repairs may need to be done which may affect other bookings.

All trailers are offered subject to availability. Fieldfare Trailer Centre accepts no liability for consequential losses
