The hirer must produce 2 forms of I.D. Photo Card Driving Licence & Recent Utility Bill, Bank/Credit Card Statement with current name & address.

All hire charges must be paid for in advance, with a holding deposit of £100, payable by credit/debit card. Cheques not accepted

It is the responsibility of the Hirer to satisfy all legal requirements, such as licence, weight limitations, safe loading and trailer safety.

The Hirer will inspect the trailer & sign for it's condition on collection.
-
Damage & differences to the agreed condition are at the Hirers cost.

All hire trailers are provided with basic hitchlock theft deterrant, full road lighting and spare wheel.
Insurance against theft, damage and accidents etc is the responsibility of the Hirer, from when the trailer is assigned, until it is signed back by a staff member. Any intention to take the trailer out of the UK must be stated when booking, with evidence of suitable insurance.

Trailers must not be returned out of hours. This will result in forfeit of deposit.

Weekend hire starts at 4.30pm on Friday and ends 9.00am Monday subject to availability.

1 Days hire is equal to 24 hours.

Fieldfare Trailer Centre reserves the right to alter the above prices and specifications without notice.
All trailers are offered subject to availability. Fieldfare Trailer Centre accepts no liability for consequential losses
